Frying Steak Fries

Canola oil is the oil used to fry these steak fries in a nice singular fryer which kept splattering to a minimum. Why fry? because there was a hunt for the best French fry one day and I decided to make my own. A dusting of sea salt at the end and these were a great compromise. ✔️
