Yakisoba are Japanese stir fried noodles. Served with Yakisoba sauce, similar to Tonkatsu sauce or Okonomiyaki sauce. This dish is usually made with sliced beef, pork and vegetables. When making this dish at home, a great substitution is Oyster or hoisin sauce.
